The Change Your Mind Experience

The Mindful Experience

Step into a space designed for relaxation, reflection, and mental wellness. The Mindful Experience offers guided mindfulness practices, meditation, breathwork, and sensory activities including a Sound Bath and our unique balloon cloudroom to help you reconnect with yourself and find balance. Discover techniques to reduce stress, improve focus, and cultivate inner peace.

Experience the “Flea by the Sea”

New this year at Change Your Mind: a “Flea by the Sea” curated vintage market, specifically designed to attract a younger demographic. This fun addition to Change Your Mind directly aligns with our mission of providing a “second chance” (for both people and clothing!) along with a little retail therapy and self-care.

Since Change Your Mind takes place the week before Mother’s Day, this vintage market, combined with our independent artisan vendors, provides a wonderful opportunity to find the perfect gift!

Ask the Experts

Ask the Experts is an interactive forum where attendees can engage with knowledgeable professionals in mental and behavioral health. This platform provides direct access to experts specializing in areas such as child psychology, teen depression and anxiety, addiction, belonging, neurodiversity, art therapy, and dispelling myths about homelessness. Participants have the opportunity to ask questions and gain insights from professionals dedicated to these fields.

Cultural Stage

Celebrating the rich diversity of artistic expression, storytelling, and performance. This stage will feature an inspiring lineup of local musicians, dancers, spoken word artists, and cultural performers, each bringing their unique traditions and voices to the festival.
