Change Your Mind is an annual health and wellness festival hosted by Interfaith which aims to raise awareness, combat stigma, and promote a sense of renewal in our community. The festival provides a platform for education, engagement and support, bringing together individuals, organizations, and professionals.
About Interfaith Community Services
Interfaith Community Services was founded in 1979 to address hunger and homelessness in North San Diego County. Today, we offer more than 75 programs to low income area families and individuals. Assistance programs include food, housing, employment, substance use disorder (detox), and many more.
Our mission, Helping People Help Themselves, is made possible through partnerships with diverse faith communities, community leaders, and people of compassion. Working together, we strive to change people’s lives and give them hope.
